So I'm a huge sandwich and sub consumer. There is a true art to making a good sub. Quality Ingredients and proper construction is what makes a true sub shop stand tall. The staff here are clearly on point and are being supplied with top shelf Ingredients. The bread also stood out with a nice medium crust and a light interior texture. I'm also a pinball fan so it hit me in the feels to see the machines inside. This is the best sub shop I've discovered here in Buncombe County. Keep it up Silverball!
I stopped here randomly because we had a job in the area and I'm very glad we did! Great music while I was eating my food. Great vibes and plenty of space in this place. The Hot Sopressata is what I had because my favorite cut. It's a rare meat to find. They have it and I'll be back whenever I'm in the area. Thank you guys so much!!! It's an easy parking lot for bigger trucks as well. My box truck had plenty of space.
Wow!! Probably the best kept secret in Buncombe County, these subs are absolutely fantastic & I can't recommend them enough. If you are a connoisseur of sub sandwiches, then you need to get on down to Silverball Subs and try 'em out! My wife and I like the spicy sandwich's so we get a "Nightclub" & a "The Hot Stuff" respectively. Best subs I've had in a good long while!
